We will design a menu for you completely based in the local production of fresh and organic ingredientes, which are easily available all year long in our town; lucky us!

Milana will accompany you at your table from early morning with an energic and very healthy breakfast, some inspiring lunch break or a relaxing end - of - the - journey dinner.

Your menu will begin back at our place in the countryside, hours before we knock on your door. You will have your kitchen and some basic appliances ready for use for us to finalize the process. A fridge, a fire, an oven. That will do.

All takeaway menus for lunch time are prepared early in the morning in Casa Milana and will remain fresh and tasty inside proper, sealed and biodegradable packaging.

Welcome to our workshops. We are very excited to share with you our passion for both traditional and experimental techniques and the local cuisine.

Get to know Barichara.

We will visit the surroundings of our town in the rural area. Farmers, traditional cooks and the very hands that harvest our food. They will tell us about the true relation between man and food in the mountains.

Our local hosts will take us to their plantations, walk us though the harvesting process and help us get our hands dirty with life in the country side. Before we leave their houses, there will be time for some tea and a bit more of conversation.

Back at your place or at Casa Milana, we still got work to do: unpack what we have brought from the farms and sit by the dining table: you will enjoy a whole meal, Barichara - based, prepared by our chef.
