Your reservation payment guarantees your table for up to 20 minutes after your assigned time. After this time, if you haven't announced your arrival, your table will be made available to others. You can receive a full refund only if you request a cancellation or modification up to 24 hours before your scheduled service date and time.

• Yes, we're pet-friendly!
Furry friends are always welcome. A positive relationship with animals strengthens our project at Milana. Just remember to keep your dogs on a leash and under your constant supervision. You are responsible for your pet's waste; you must collect it in a bag, seal it, and inform your server for proper disposal. Important note: you'll find pet food options on the menu!

• Children.
Milana is a peaceful restaurant with many thoughtful details inside; We ask that you constantly supervise your children and take special care with the plants, handicrafts, stone terraces, and reflecting pool, which should not be used as play areas for the youngest members of the family. Running, shouting, standing on tables or chairs and throwing objects into the water or onto the terraces are not permitted inside the restaurant.

• Laptops and mobile phones.
Welcome to work from Milana. You have access to a good internet connection for your digital activities. Just remember that the use of headphones is mandatory for your video calls, meetings, or video playback.

• Parking.
Barichara is very busy, especially during peak tourist season, and its traditional streets do not allow for smooth traffic flow if you choose to park on the street, especially in front of house entrances or near corners. Remember to respect the municipal regulation of a minimum of 5 meters between your car and the nearest corner. In your reservation, Milana will suggest public parking lots near the restaurant. The best thing you can do: enjoy the town on foot or in the traditional tuk-tuks!
